This home has 3 bedrooms, a loft and 2 baths (main has a tub/shower combo, second has a shower only). Features a step down King Master with 2 additional bedrooms - both featuring Queen beds. The loft area has two twin beds. Sleeps 8 adults comfortably. Regular Digital TV with local channels.
Located on Black Rock Point on a beautiful waterfront lot featuring a New portable Hot tub & 2 kayaks. Pet Friendly! Ask about our Pet Policy.
If you are coming to Drummond Island to ride the trails, you will need to trailer to the trailhead from this home. Side x Side’s and ATV’s are NOT permitted on M134/Channel Road.

Sunday-Wednesday = $245/Night
Thursday-Saturday = $290/Night
Cleaning Fee = $125.00
(Applied to all reservations)
Pets are allowed at this property. Please review our Pet Policy. There is a $50 fee per pet. Two pet maximum.
Check-In is after 4 PM and Check-Out is by 9 AM for all our Vacation Home rentals.
Vacation Home Rentals Payment Terms.
We require a 50% Deposit at the time of your reservation. This will be charged to your credit card with balance due upon arrival. A Credit Card Processing Fee of 3.99% applies. A completed Rental Agreement must be returned within 48 hours of your reservation or the home will be released.
Vacation Home Cancellation Policy
Vacation Home reservations may be cancelled without penalty and deposit refunded if notice is received and confirmed by management no less than 30 days prior to check-in (A 3.99% processing fee will be retained). Cancellations with less than 30 days notice of check-in will not receive a refund of deposit.

Beautiful view of the St Mary’s River, deer everywhere, Island has a lot to offer if you enjoy the outdoors. Michelle was quick to respond to any questions. House is older and the water smelled (as old well systems do) I recommend bringing your own drinking water. Everyone on the island was kind and friendly. We had a great stay, highly recommend this place.

Perfect For Couples or Families
Immaculate property. Very quiet location and it felt extremely private. The smell of the pine trees, the beautiful view of the St. Mary River (the passing ships were close too) and the sunsets were amazing! The owner just added a hot tub and it was so relaxing to be in it watching the colors in the evening sky and then the lights across the river from DeTour. We stayed as a couple but could envision bringing the family here as there is a lot of room for larger groups. We really appreciated the kayaks. We kayaked from the property to the ferry dock and back as well as taking them to Big Shoal Cove. There are many places to put in on the island. There is so much to do on the island and getting to them from the cabin is really easy. It's also not too far from town for places to eat and shopping. We arrived very late in the evening and it was so welcoming to pull into the driveway with the lighted landscaping. The staff at Drummond Island Hotel and Vacation Homes was responsive and helpful. 10/7/2023 at 4:51 PM
