Drummond Island is all about Making Memories that last lifetimes and often for generations. Such is the case with Memory Maker Bay this home is located in beautiful Fairview Cove. Amazing sunsets, freighter views and relaxation are the name of the game.
This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom home. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed. There are 2 futons in the living room. Allowing this house to sleep 8. The kitchen is expansive and perfect for lots of people gathering for a meal. The kitchen and living room look out to the water. The house has a deck across the entire front for lots of outdoor relaxing.
There is a large front yard and a dock that would accommodate a small fishing boat or pontoon due to shallow water (2-3 feet at the end of the dock). This home also has 2 kayaks to explore the bay. There is a firepit on the water side. If it happens to be windy or rainy you can enjoy the outdoors on the covered porch on the back of the home.
If you have a larger group the home next door – Fairview Cove Log Home, sleeps 10 and is also in our rental program
If you are coming to Drummond Island to ride the trails, you can ride the roads to the trailheads from this home. Side x Side’s and ATV’s are NOT permitted on M134/Channel Road.

Thursday-Saturday = $275/Night
Cleaning Fee = $100.00

Vacation Home Rentals Payment Terms.
We require a 50% Deposit at the time of your reservation. This will be charged to your credit card with balance due upon arrival. A Credit Card Processing Fee of 3.99% applies. A completed Rental Agreement must be returned within 48 hours of your reservation or the home will be released.
Vacation Home Cancellation Policy
Vacation Home reservations may be cancelled without penalty and deposit refunded if notice is received and confirmed by management no less than 30 days prior to check-in (A 3.99% processing fee will be retained). Cancellations with less than 30 days notice of check-in will not receive a refund of deposit and the person(s) whose name the home is reserved under will be charged the remaining balance due at time of cancellation.
