This is the perfect landing on Bass Cove to enjoy the water, waves and trails. Nestled in the mouth of the bay with wide open water views. This home offers 360 feet of shore front giving you lots of privacy. The rocky shoreline is perfect for rock picking enthusiasts. Fun fact, there are lots of fossils on this shoreline. This home also offers freighter views and sunsets.
This property has a main house and guest house and sleeps 8. The Main house has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed; Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. The house features a gourmet kitchen with wide open space, large pantry, large double door refrigerator and a beautiful view of the lake. The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room. There is a patio off the front of the house with outdoor dining.
The Main house is open year round.
The Guest house has 2 Queen Beds and a sofa area. The guest house has a beautiful bathroom with a deep soaking tub and shower. There is not a kitchen in the guest house.
The guest house is only available from May 1st thru November 1st.
This home is located on a very quiet paved road – great for walks, jogs or bike rides. You can ride a side x side or 4-wheeler from this home to the trail heads. Two kayaks are provided with this rental. Guests will also have use of the garage.

Vacation Home Rentals Payment Terms.
We require a 50% Deposit at the time of your reservation. This will be charged to your credit card with balance due upon arrival. A Credit Card Processing Fee of 3.99% applies. A completed Rental Agreement must be returned within 48 hours of your reservation or the home will be released.
Vacation Home Cancellation Policy
Vacation Home reservations may be cancelled without penalty and deposit refunded if notice is received and confirmed by management no less than 30 days prior to check-in (A 3.99% processing fee will be retained). Cancellations with less than 30 days notice of check-in will not receive a refund of deposit and the person(s) whose name the home is reserved under will be charged the remaining balance due at time of cancellation.
