This Chalet style home is on Tourist Road on beautiful Potagannissing Bay, which is perfect for almost every activity including swimming, fishing, kayaking, boating, off-roading, waterside bonfires and beautiful sunrises and sunsets!
The Main floor offers living room, kitchen, dining area, morning room off the kitchen with a coffee bar, 1 Queen bedroom and a full bath. A wrap around deck is directly off the living room, dining room and kitchen giving you great views of the bay and direct access to the deck and outdoors! Upstairs this home offers 3 + bedrooms, and a full bath. Plus + bedroom, has no windows in this sleeping space. The lower level offers a walkout basement which includes a wet bar, a game room, a lounge area with a sectional sofa (pull out sleeper) and a half bath. The home has a dock with 35' of usable dock space.
There is a garage on the waterside housing water and yard toys including two kayaks for you to enjoy during your stay. This home is also pet friendly.
If you are coming to Drummond Island to ride the trails, you can ride your SxS and ATV's to the trailheads from this home. Side x Side’s and ATV’s are NOT permitted on M134/Channel Road.

Sunday-Wednesday = $325/Night
Thursday-Saturday = $370/Night
Cleaning Fee = $150.00

Pets are allowed on an approval basis only and subject to our Pet Policy. Please contact the office prior to booking.
Check-In is after 4 PM and Check-Out is by 9 AM for all our Vacation Home rentals.
Vacation Home Rentals Payment Terms.
We require a 50% Deposit at the time of your reservation. This will be charged to your credit card with balance due upon arrival. A Credit Card Surcharge of 3.99% applies. A completed Rental Agreement must be returned within 48 hours of your reservation or the home will be released.
Vacation Home Cancellation Policy
Vacation Home reservations may be cancelled without penalty and deposit refunded if notice is received and confirmed by management no less than 30 days prior to check-in (A 3.99% processing fee will be retained). Cancellations with less than 30 days notice of check-in will not receive a refund of deposit and the person(s) whose name the home is reserved under will be charged the remaining balance due at time of cancellation.
